our vision:
Le Rêve Restaurant and Raw Bar was born out of a shared passion for bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences. In 2020, we acquired the historic Cady Building, originally with plans to support our software consulting company. However, as we spent more time in the building and immersed ourselves in the community, we began to envision something greater. Inspired by the beauty and history of this 1895 gem, we decided to reimagine it as a French-inspired fine dining destination that would reflect the heart and spirit of Sheridan, Wyoming.
Since opening in September 2024, Le Rêve has become more than just a restaurant; it’s a place where we’ve built a strong sense of community and connection. Our team, each member with unique skills and perspectives, is at the core of what makes Le Rêve special. We are driven by a commitment to our staff, ensuring a culture of respect, growth, and inclusivity where everyone’s voice is heard. Here, we offer the Sheridan community a space to come together, celebrate life’s special moments, and connect over exceptional food, making Le Rêve a true reflection of the transformative power of shared meals and meaningful experiences.
