After years of dedication, creativity, and passion, Chef Zoilan Ruiz will be concluding his time at Le Rêve, with his final service on Sunday, August 8. We are incredibly grateful for the vision, talent, and culinary foundation Chef Zoi has brought to our restaurant and our community.
Beginning Wednesday, August 12, Chef Jeff Armstrong will step into the role of Executive Chef at both Le Rêve and The Warehouse Gastropub, bringing more than two decades of culinary experience from acclaimed restaurants and luxury resorts across the country, including Four Seasons Resort & Residences Jackson Hole, Westbank Grille, and Chef Michael Mina’s Handle Bar.
Known for his refined yet approachable style, Chef Jeff’s cuisine highlights seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and beautifully executed dishes that invite guests to slow down and savor the experience. He looks forward to building on the culinary foundation Chef Zoi established while bringing his own perspective and creativity to the kitchen.
