Be among the first to experience the next chapter of Le Rêve

After being closed for the past month, Le Rêve is reopening with something we have been waiting for since our first day in September 2024: a true, proper kitchen for our chefs to work in.

For more than 18 months, our team has created the Le Rêve experience without the full kitchen we always envisioned. Now, with the completion of our new kitchen, we are ready to reopen with new energy, new possibilities, and a new menu.

To celebrate this next chapter, we are inviting a limited number of guests to join us for our First Peek Soft Reopening Evenings on:

  • Wednesday, June 17

  • Thursday, June 18

This is a traditional dining experience, not a complimentary event, but with a few special additions.

Guests will be among the first to experience our new menu, meet Chef Zoilan Ruiz, visit with our team and owners, and enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at our new kitchen.

During the evening, Chef Zoilan, our owners, and members of our team will be visiting tables. Guests will also have the opportunity to step behind the curtain, see where the magic happens, and meet the chefs in their new workspace.

Limited Seating

Seating for these soft reopening evenings is limited.

Because this is an invitation-based soft open, guests on our invitation list will receive priority consideration. Other requests may be held and reviewed closer to the event, based on remaining availability.

We also realize there is a possibility that someone who should have been included on the invitation list may have been inadvertently missed. If you believe you should have received an invitation, please submit a request and include a note in the Special Request field. We will do our best to accommodate additional requests as space allows.

Submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation. Confirmations will be based on invitation status, availability, party size, preferred date, and seating time.

If we are able to accommodate your request, Le Rêve will create an official reservation for your party, and a confirmation will be sent by SMS to the phone number provided.

A UNIQUE Soft Open Dining EXPERIENCE

We will be serving our new menu while our chefs, team, and owners visit with guests throughout the evening.

As a special addition, guests will be welcomed into our newly completed kitchen for a first peek behind the curtain.
