Reserved for establishments that exemplify refined luxury, exceptional cuisine, and outstanding service, the AAA Four Diamond Award is a coveted accolade in the hospitality industry. Fewer than 10% of the nearly 5,400 restaurants rated by AAA achieve this level, placing Le Rêve among an elite national tier. As one of only three restaurants in Wyoming to receive the Four Diamond rating—and with no Five Diamond establishments in the state or surrounding region—Le Rêve now stands as a premier destination for Mountain West diners seeking a truly elevated culinary experience.

To qualify for the AAA Four Diamond distinction, restaurants undergo thorough, unannounced, in-person inspections conducted by trained AAA evaluators. Inspectors assess key elements, including ingredient quality, culinary technique, atmosphere, and service standards. Diamond-designated establishments are re-evaluated annually to ensure consistent performance and guest satisfaction.
